Zerahiah ben Isaac ben Shealtiel Gracian (Ḥen) was a Spanish Jewish philosopher, physician and translator who, working in Rome around 1277-1290, rendered major works of Aristotle, Averroes and Galen from Arabic into Hebrew. A Jewish scholar of the medieval Sephardic world, he helped transmit Greek and Arabic science and philosophy to Hebrew readers. His translations were long relied upon in Jewish learning.
