Todros ben Judah ha-Levi Abulafia was a Hebrew poet and courtier at the Castilian court of Alfonso X and later Sancho IV, and is regarded as one of the last great poets of Jewish Spain. He assembled a large personal anthology, the 'Gan ha-Meshalim ve-ha-Hidot', blending classical Andalusian Hebrew poetics with troubadour influences and candid autobiography. His verse is a major source on Jewish courtier life in thirteenth-century Castile.
