Norman Rostocker

Norman Rostoker was a Canadian-American plasma physicist and a pioneer of clean, plasma-based fusion energy; the Korringa–Kohn–Rostoker method in solid-state physics bears his name. He held professorships at Cornell and the University of California, Irvine, and in 1998 co-founded the fusion company later known as TAE Technologies, holding many patents. He is included among Jewish physicists in Jewish biographical references.
