Isaac Aboab (Isaac Aboab I) was a Sephardic Jewish rabbi and moralist active in Spain around 1300. He wrote Menorat ha-Ma'or ('Candlestick of Light'), a compendium of ethics and religious edification drawn from Talmud and Midrash that became one of the most widely read Jewish works of the Middle Ages, with dozens of editions and translations. He was a rabbi within the Jewish community, so his Jewish identity is unambiguous.
