Alberto Sirlin

Alberto Sirlin was an Argentine-American theoretical physicist at New York University who developed the systematic treatment of precision electroweak radiative corrections, essential for testing the Standard Model against high-precision experimental data. Born in Buenos Aires, he moved to the United States in the 1950s and taught at NYU for nearly half a century. He is documented among Jewish physicists.
