Kapor co-founded Lotus Development Corporation and co-created Lotus 1-2-3, the spreadsheet program that became the definitive business application of the early IBM PC era and helped drive personal-computer adoption. He later co-founded the Electronic Frontier Foundation and became a prominent investor. He is Jewish.
