Martha Minow is an American legal scholar, the 300th Anniversary University Professor at Harvard and dean of Harvard Law School from 2009 to 2017, known for her work on equality, difference and transitional justice, including the book 'Making All the Difference'. She is the daughter of FCC chairman Newton Minow and comes from a Jewish family.
