Jules Henry (born Jules Blumensohn) was an American anthropologist best known for 'Culture Against Man' (1963), a critical study of American schools, families and consumer society. He conducted fieldwork among the Kaingáng of Brazil and the Pilagá of Argentina before turning to modern American life. He was of Ashkenazi Jewish descent.
