Joan Collins

Joan Collins is a British actress and author, internationally famous for playing Alexis Colby on the television series 'Dynasty' (1981–1989), for which she won a Golden Globe. Her father, theatrical agent Joseph Collins, was Jewish (of South African and British Jewish background), giving her documented Jewish ancestry on her paternal side. Her career spans seven decades of film, television and stage.
