Ariel Zev 'Ari' Emanuel, born in Chicago in 1961, is one of the most influential figures in modern Hollywood. In 1995 he co-founded the Endeavor Talent Agency, which merged with the William Morris Agency in 2009 to form WME, and he serves as CEO of the Endeavor/WME group. He was raised in a Jewish family in Chicago as the son of Benjamin Emanuel, a Jerusalem-born Jewish pediatrician, and is a well-known supporter of Israel.
