Tommy Ramone (born Tamas Erdelyi) was the drummer, co-founder and producer of the Ramones and the last surviving original member. His Jewish parents were Budapest photographers who survived the Holocaust by being hidden by neighbors; many relatives were murdered by the Nazis.
