Robert Horn

Robert Horn is an American librettist, playwright and screenwriter, a New York native who won the 2019 Tony Award for Best Book of a Musical for the Broadway adaptation of Tootsie. He began in television as a writer on Designing Women. Publicly available biographies do not document his religious background, though he appears on community rosters of Jewish Tony laureates.
