Louis Teicher

Louis Teicher was an American pianist who, with Arthur Ferrante, formed the piano duo Ferrante & Teicher, one of the most successful easy-listening acts of the 1960s, selling tens of millions of records with hits such as their theme from 'Exodus'. He was Jewish, born to a Jewish family in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and met Ferrante as a child at Juilliard. The duo toured worldwide for four decades.
