How & why
Ilana Vered is an Israeli concert pianist and professor who won the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in 1961 and has performed with leading orchestras including the New York Philharmonic and the Israel Philharmonic. Born in Tel Aviv, she trained at the Paris Conservatoire and Juilliard, and in 2005 founded the Music Fest Perugia.
