Alyson Hannigan

Alyson Hannigan was born in Washington, D.C., in 1974 to a father of Irish ancestry and a Jewish mother. She played Willow Rosenberg in every episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer from 1997 to 2003, one of the defining television roles of its decade, and Lily Aldrin across nine seasons of How I Met Your Mother, for which she won two People's Choice Awards. She appeared in every film of the American Pie series from 1999 to 2012, a run that has grossed close to a billion dollars worldwide.
